Instructional Strategies

Pre-instructional Activities

Before we get started I will pass out a print out of some questions that you will answer and turn in. Do not be alarmed it's not for a grade it's to see what you know. You will have 5 minutes to complete this Do-Now assignment. 

Content Presentation

I will use MS Teams to demonstrate objectives for this IU instructional

goal. A PDF will be available, sometimes technology goes out and the

PDF will have illustrations and instructions would be for those just in case purposes.

Learner Participation

I would start the conversation off letting students know my expectations about us practicing the steps to reach our instructional goal. I will show students what I do not want. I will build in multiple opportunities for learners to practice.

Follow-through Activities

At the end I would use an "exit ticket" to provide  evidence of student learning and students that may need additional help. I will also go over the objectives check off list just to check learners memory of steps for IU.

Assessment

The assessments are as followed. The learners will raise their hand to show the teacher or teacher assistant that they have completed the step. Then teacher or teacher assistant will check to see that the learner has completed each step and then check off objective completed. This will be done after each step has been completed by the learner.
